HannahGrace found out that the book her co-workers had been talking about all summer, Fifty Shades of Grey, was a lot more about oprression then her friends had realized. The best-selling book of all time is actually full of patriarchal ideas about womenhood, love, and sex.
Just like this article, visionsofourfuture calls bullshit on a a so-called “men’s rights activists” group that
has been plastering posters all over a liberal east Vancouver neighborhood vilifying feminists and claiming that men have supposedly become second-class citizens.
Femistorian loved this article, which pointed out how racist and incendiary the new Voter ID laws are. Hopefully they all get repealed in court so that all American citizens can exercise their most precious right-to vote.
