My absolute favorite book is Half the Sky written by Nicholas Kristof and Sheryl WuDunn. I was introduced to this book while in Thailand but I didn’t begin reading it until I returned from my trip. This book documents stories from women all over the world, the oppression that they face and what they hope will change.
