Blondie Bennett, 38, from California, has sessions Hypnotherapy once a week which is training her to be more easily confused and unused. The former model, which changed her name to Blondie a year and a half ago, she has also spent $34,000 on five breast enlargements taking her to a size 32JJ. She said: “When people ask why I want to be Barbie I think “who wouldn’t want to be?”
A woman who has dedicated her life to transforming herself into Barbie is taking her obsession with becoming a doll to extreme lengths – by having hypnotherapy to make her ‘brainless’. Blondie regularly has spray tans, Botox and lip fillers to give her a more artificial appearance. But to make the transformation into the plastic toy complete, she is actively trying to become more stupid. She is now unemployed and earns a living by taking money from online sugar daddies who support her in exchange for sexy pictures of her dressed as Barbie. 
“I’ve had 20 session and I’m already starting to feel ditzy and confused all the time”.
“Recently I went to pick a friend up at the airport and couldn’t remember if I needed to go to departures or arrivals. I also got lost for three hours driving to my mum’s house – the house where I grew up”.
Blondie says her obsession with Barbie began at a young age, when she played with the children’s favorite. In her teens she dressed like Barbie, bleached her hair and even had driven a Corvette like her hero. Then, at 18, she began to take on promotional jobs at toy stores pretending to be Barbie.
She said: “Some other women pretend they are human Barbie dolls but I take it to the next level”.
“I want people to see me as a plastic sex doll and being brainless is a big part of that”.
This just disgusts me that a woman that would actually feel like this is what she needs to look like for men to be attracted to her. Every day our society constructs how women are supposed to look, and this needs to be addressed if it is coming this extreme. Comment and tell me what you guys are thinking of this bloggerssss!

…What. Is this really real? There’s no way anyone could be THIS incredibly delusional to that that that’s attractive. Or that unbelievably vapid to think that looking like Barbie is what makes her of value. And I haven’t even gotten to the fact that she thinks a part of that beauty-value is being “ditzy” and “confused”…are you freaking kidding me?! You’re right about this crazy extreme of beauty standards. Someone needs to slap this woman with a reality check!

I totally agree. I jut have to think there is something me tally wrong with this lady to make her think that going to those extremes makes her beautiful. And to actually WANT to be dumb??? Uhh, so frustrating.

I definitely appreciate your take on this issue, however, I wonder whether her motives are to make herself look a certain way for “men to be attracted to her,” or if she is doing it for herself. You noted that Blondie had an obsession with Barbie growing up–it maybe twisted and messed up in our perspective, but what if she is altering her image and intelligence to be happy? As empowered and educated women, it may be hard to sympathize, or understand, an effort like Blondie’s. I don’t think it’s fair to bash her because you don’t agree with her lifestyle choices. I enjoyed this piece a lot, thanks for writing! Just wanted to share my take on the issue and maybe broaden the discussion:)

Thanks for commenting your prospective! Just the fact that she stated that she wants men to see her as a plastic sex doll makes me think that she is doing for others, rather than herself. And I feel that even if she is doing this for herself. It’s still a huge problem for her to think that is what beauty is. I kind of almost think of this related to a disease like anorexia. The person might be doing it for “themselves” but it’s sad that some woman feel like they have to go to such extremes to be “good enough”. Just kind of my perspective and what I think of this.
